В данной статье рассмотрены возможности диверсификации для экономического развития региона. Показаны преимущества диверсификации промышленного комплекса региона на основе интегрированных производственных систем.

The research issue is determined by its significance and actuality for development of an industrial complex as well as by insufficient depth of investigation methods and treatment of industrial complex diversification process management on the basis of integrated production systems. The subjects of the research are approaches to formation of a brand new enterprise interacting process as part of diversification of an industrial complex. The research objective is to develop principal stages of industrial complex diversification on the basis of integrated production systems taking into account selected diversification directions including both directions for the development of a competitive, technologically improved industrial complex of a region and its social and economic development. At that the objective trend of the specified regional diversification lies in creating conditions for promotion of self-determination and self-sustainability of the territories and standards of well-being. This is achieved by means of effective use of resource potential of an industrial complex. The proposed system of evaluation of effectiveness of the complex product manufacturing process realization with respect to the chain of integrated production systems will make it possible to estimate the efficiency of realization of industrial complex diversification on the basis of integrated facility and can be used for estimation of efficiency of diversification chain of integrated enterprises of any complexity. Realization of the strategy of diversification of an industrial complex on the basis of integrated production systems will allow a region to take its industry to a brand new level, extract all the good out of available industrial complex diversification potential and to advance the competitive status of a territory.
