В маркетинговом исследовании выявлены тенденции развития спроса и предложения на рынке образовательных услуг России. Произведена оценка маркетинговой деятельности вузов.

This article focuses on the educational services as any other product sold on the market, which is understood as a combination of existing and potential buyers and sellers of goods. Marketing of educational services has its own features only in practical application, and all its main theoretical considerations do not differ from marketing in any market of goods or services. Goods on the market of educational services are knowledge and skills offered by the actors of this market (universities, private teachers, schools, colleges, etc.).
Universities need to assess the competitiveness and use it to develop strategies to increase competitiveness, as it requires constant monitoring of the university environment in terms of content and structure of education.
Every public school has two objectives, based on one common ground. This common ground is the educational activities to prepare specialists for professional public issues. With the expansion of study-for-free forms of education the main purpose of the university stands to maximize revenue or profits.
Along with any economic activity the process of services accomplishment is on the focus. It aims at creating values that form the basis of cost sharing and meet the desired result.
