Статья посвящена проблемам формирования взаимоотношений между педагогами и детьми в педагогическом процессе, а также изучению факторов, влияющих на эти взаимоотношения. К таким факторам относятся феномены общения: ингибиция-фасилитация.

The problem of the teacher and the specificity of his interaction with children in pedagogical communication is being studied in pedagogy and psychology. Personality of the teacher, his psychological characteristics, professional and meaningful qualities, pedagogical and communication skills have a huge impact on the formation and development of children, their success or failure in the process of socialization. That is why the increased interest of scientists associates with the psychological component of pedagogical work. The relationship between teachers and children largely depends on the personality of the teacher, his abilities and skills to work. Any personal problems, psychological difficulties of the teacher are likely to disrupt the interaction with the children, and further can be a source of psychological distress of children, neurotization and abnormalities in their personal development. The article is about the matters of the forming of the constructive relationships between the teachers and the children during the educational process as well as about the study of the factors influencing these relationships. Among this factors are communication phenomena: inhibition – facilitation.
