Важнейшим условием повышения эффективности управления системой образования, совершенствования процесса обучения является систематический анализ объективных данных о состоянии результатов обучения. Поэтому комплексный контроль качества образования на данном этапе развития системы образования является необходимостью.

The integrated control of the educational quality is an organic part of the educational process which is directional on the whole educational process (organization, content, forms, methods, projecting of the expected results) and to the activity of the precise teacher and student (the didactic activity of the teacher in the educational process, his professional competence and the educational activity of the students). The main disadvantage of the management of specialists' quality preparing is the absence of diagnostic functions, which can give the opportunity to find the reasons of different mistakes made by the students to evaluate teachers' professional competence and set the maximal quantity of the factors working upon the educational quality. It is very necessary to create the system of the entering and current control, limited and total control to improve the quality of the specialists' preparing. All types of the control are the organic parts of the educational process and construct the united control system.
The object of this research is the management of the educational quality.
The topic of the research – challenges of the integrated control as the basis of management of the educational quality.
The purpose of the research – the formation of the system controlling the quality of education.
The methodological basis of the research – the methods improving the educational quality (Ingencamp N., Lerner I.Y.), the theory of pedagogical projecting (Zhukova E.A., Mayorov A.N.).
The area in which the results of the research can be used – the formation of the system controlling the quality of education in different educational establishments.
