В статье рассматривается актуальная проблематика повышения эффективности предприятия за счёт персонала, а именно- как удовлетворённость работой сотрудников влияет на продуктивность. Анализируется опыт исследований зарубежных авторов. Представлены конкретные эффекты удовлетворённости и благополучия. Выделяется взаимосвязь благополучия и удовлетворённости с такими социальными переменными, как взаимосотрудничество, активность, мотивация, здоровье, креативность, принятие решений. Приводятся характеристики работы, которые могут быть связаны с чувством удовлетворённости.

In the XXI century psychology of management is developing rather intensively its ideas and practical guidelines become not only a fashionable trend but the primary element of realization of organization personnel policy. In recent times the essence of personnel management lies in the fact that people are considered as a competitive wealth of a company, which should be distributed, developed and motivated. Such a situation reflects the change of the role of men in present-day production. At the same time the processes of effectiveness control are becoming more and more popular. In this respect scholars abroad rapidly develop the ideas concerning influence of the human factor on success of an organization and in what way this success can be achieved. Positive and negative emotions, life and work satisfaction are not only the exponents of smb's work or life. These components of happiness and well-being play a functional role in human choice and behavior. The research suggests that happy people are more communicative, active, self-confident, healthier, more creative and more intent to applying fast and effective strategies of information processing. In the article the author considers such important efficiency factors as complacency, productiveness, intercourse, collaboration and assistance, creativeness, self-confidence as well as motivation and achievement of objectives.
