В статье рассматриваются вопросы терминологии таких понятий, как «произвольность» и «гиперактивность», причины возникновения гиперактивности и особенности развития произвольности, характерные для детей с данным синдромом.

The article deals with concepts such as "voluntariness" and "hyperactivity", causes of hyperactivity and the peculiarities of voluntariness development in children with this syndrome. In spite of the recognized importance of the problem in the national psychology and a large number of works written by Russian and foreign scholars, which are dedicated to it, the issue of voluntariness development is still underexplored and poorly covered in scientific literature. The novelty consists in the following: a large number of children suffer from hyperactivity; the article contributes to successful treatment for this disorder and tries to solve other problems with a view to helping children with ADHD. The author of the article considers voluntariness to be an important behavioral characteristic and points out that it remains unformed in children with ADHD. In future, this may have a negative impact on children's learning at school, lead to school disadaptation and affect their further socialization. The sooner the necessary conditions are created and psycho-correctional work aimed at overcoming these problems begins to be carried out, the more effective this work is. Psycho-correctional work should begin when a child is 5-8 years old. During this period, the nervous system of a child is particularly flexible and has good compensatory capabilities.
