Статья посвящена вопросам взаимодействия органов прокуратуры с органами государственной власти и правоохранительными органами по вопросам, касающимся межнациональных отношений. Особое внимание автор уделяет определению целей системы и направлений данного взаимодействия.

Prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of laws on inter-ethnic relations is an important means of ensuring the national security of Russia, strengthening of federal statehood, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
An important condition for this type of supervision is the interaction of the procuracy authorities with the state government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
However, unfortunately the analysis of the existing regulatory framework and legal literature shows that a number of problems concerning the organization of cooperation in the sphere of interaction of the procuracy authorities with the state government bodies and law enforcement agencies on the matters of inter-ethnic relations, remain unsolved.
Directions of the coordination of procuracy authorities upon the administration of justice of inter-ethnic relations received fragmentary definition in the legislation, as a rule, only in program and conceptual normative legal acts.
