В статье рассмотрена задача определения ключевых компонентов формируемой управленческой компетентности. Автором рассмотрен один из вариантов построения содержательного компонента процесса её формирования. Предложена модель управленческой компетентности курсанта внутренних войск.

The purpose of the paper is consideration of the problem of maintenance of administrative competence of cadets of military institutes of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the problem of definition of key components of formed administrative competence. The selection of the present issues is determined by the fact that a work on formation of administrative competence spent at military institutes of internal armies is not always successful. As methodological basis of work the positions of researches in philosophy, philosophy of management, pedagogics and psychology shall be regarded. The basic methods carrying out in the paper: analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy, deduction method, induction method, dialectic method, generalization, etc. The author considers one of variants of construction of a substantial component of the process of formation of administrative competence of cadets of military institutes of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The structurally functional model of cadets administrative competence is offered. The structure of administrative competence allocates motivation-valuable, reflective, cognitive, activity and emotionally strong-willed competence. The given components in aggregate with formed by them interrelations also form such integrative skill of the person as an administrative competence. The results of the research represent theoretic-methodological positions which can be used in modern pedagogical and educational practice.
