Рассматриваемая в работе методика, позволяет разрешать практические задачи, возникающие в работе студента-юриста, дает возможность студенту оценить свою готовность к работе по выбранному направлению, скорректировать в определенных направлениях свое поведение, а так же сформировать профессиональную правовую культуру.

The article describes the methods that will help to solve practical problems that arise when lawyers (investigators, judges, field investigators, etc.) work. Students will have a great opportunity to assess their readiness to work in a particular field (sphere) and even to change some aspects of their behavior. It goes without saying that involvement in the process can make students more professionally interested in their future work, but the most important thing is that students can learn to understand the processes in which they may face and take part in the future. Psychologists tend to say that during trainings (like in real-life situations) man makes discoveries of his own personality, i.e. man is discovering himself. This self-discovery leads to self-revelation (man reveals himself to other people). First of all, man should discover himself, his existential essence in order to be able to reveal this essence to other people. Of course, such self-discovery can considered to be rather superficial and vague. The interaction with other people helps a student to make the obscure image of the self (the I) less vague. These processes are important for developing a mature personality, including this of a lawyer.
