В статье представлены результаты исследования проблемы готовности будущего учителя к проектированию индивидуальных образовательных траекторий учащихся. Уточнена сущность готовности будущего учителя к проектированию индивидуальных образовательных траекторий учащихся, выявлены её функции и компоненты.

The article considers the readiness of future teachers for designing of individual educational paths of pupils. It also considers the need for education of students through individual educational paths due to the requirements of the federal state educational standards for elementary and general education, as well as in accord with the educational requirements issued in recent years. The article investigates the characteristics of teachers' work oriented to designing of individual educational paths of pupils such as co-operation and co-authorship of pupils and a teacher in selecting the content of education, forms and methods of organization of the educational process and others. It also defines more exactly the essence of the concept "Readiness of the future teacher for designing individual educational paths"; and detects its functions. Among them there are diagnostic, projective, organizational, technological, motivational, reflective and analytic functions of individualization and support. The article substantiates the structure of the future teacher's readiness for designing of pupils' individual educational paths. The structure includes three components: diagnostics and projection (search for pupils' individual educational needs and control of their self-knowledge, designing of individual educational paths), implementation of individual educational paths (system of teachers' professional knowledge for organization of different kinds of pupils' activities), analysis and reflection (analysis and introspection of implementation of individual educational paths, the dynamics of individual development of pupils and a teacher). The study can be used by teachers involved in the design of pupils' individual educational paths.
