Annotation
The journal publishes articles concerning current problems of theory and practice of Russian, foreign and international law, as well as formulates scientifically grounded conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement of legislation and law-enforcement practice in the field of civil, tax, banking, copyright, international, private and other branches of law.
The authors of the submitted materials are chief executives and leading experts of government bodies and commercial organizations, Russian and foreign scientists working in different fields of legal science and practice, as well as postgraduate and doctoral students.

The journal is included in the international reference systems for periodicals and serials "Ulrich's Periodicals Directory" and "East View".
