The journal puts under consideration the issues of professional education, training, retraining and development of competence in all types and levels of educational institutions, subject and field areas, including management and organization of the educational process, forecasting and determining the structure of personnel training taking into account the needs of personality and the labour market, the society and the state as well as significant results and achievements of the fundamental and theoretical and applied research in pedagogics and innovative technologies in education. The articles are written by leading experts in the field of pedagogical sciences and researchers working on dissertations.
