These reflexive-psychological principles and the acmeological-pedagogical reflex technologies that implement them were introduced into the modern practice of innovative education. For example, under the scientific guidance of I.N. Semenov and with his methodological assistance in the Moscow gymnasium No. 1526, a strategy was implemented for the development of the gymnasium as an innovative educational institution of the modern type, using advanced psychological and pedagogical reflex technologies both to improve the qualifications of the teaching staff and the effective management of the gymnasium, and to develop knowledge and competencies of the students and moral education of their personal qualities. For 14 years the gymnasium holds annual research conferences for schoolchildren of the Southern District and publishes the collections of their works under I.N. Semenov's editorship under his scientific and methodological guidance. Also, there is the psychological service and resource center in the gymnasium. The innovative experience of the pedagogical activity of the teachers of the gymnasium and the high rates of its educational work are described in many research papers, prepared under the scientific guidance of Semenov I.N. and published both in domestic and foreign scientific and methodological journals and collections.
